Over 8 years as a dedicated Senior Estimator, the final five at Director level, responsible for tendering £60 Million of M&E services and securing budget turnovers of £15Million per annum. Additional responsibilities as a Director including client development and management of the design and build bid process.

Previous experience includes design, tendering and Project Management of contracts from initial enquiry through to commissioning and production of O&M Manuals with project values ranging from 50K to £3Million.

Responsible for a range of M&E projects, from the installation of steam raising plant including package plant room and incorporating considerable civil works at a Home Counties University, to the piecemeal removal of existing chillers and installation of new within an underground bunker for the MOD.

Pre-designed, Design and Build, 2 stage, partnered and negotiated works all undertaken.
